"Hurricane Helene brought so much destruction, but Billye Roland and her staff made it easier to deal with everything. We have had all had insurance claims, but the scale of this disaster made State Farm stand out from the rest. No matter who we talked to, they were always calm, reassuring and helpful. Everything was handled well and they were fair with our claims. We never felt like a number and the never used the scale of this disaster as an excuse for poor service. Top notch group all the way around. Great Job Billye!"

"I have had good State Farm agents over the years, but Billye's office has outshone them. I contacted Billye's office prior to my move. Seth immediately put me at ease, helped me arrange for home coverage, and coordinated with my prior agent. The month after my auto coverage began, an animal strike put my car out of commission. Billye's staff guided me through the process of filing a claim and working with the body shop and rental car agency. During the repairs, Billye called personally to check on me. Everyone involved treated me with professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern, as if they had known me all my life. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!"
